Hosting packages

We offer domain registration, email hosting and website hosting services for our clients.

1. Domain Registration

We can register your business domain used for email and web hosting, eg.

   www.yourcompany.co.za
   www.yourcompany.com
   www.yourcompany.org
   www.yourcompany.za.com
   and so on.

Domain registration is R 100 per domain per year (except for za.com domain registrations, which are R350 per domain per year). It may also be a good idea to register secondary domains to accommodate mispellings and ensure variations remain under your control:

Primary Domain www.greatstock.co.za

Secondary Domains    www.great-stock.co.za
                                         www.greatstocks.co.za
                                         www.great-stocks.co.za
                                         and so on.

Secondary domains can automatically forward to your primary domain.

2. Email Hosting

Once set up, your business mailbox can be accessed via the web (online interface similar to gmail), or added to your email software (Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Windows Mail etc). We will send you detailed setup instructions.

3. Hosting Packages

We offer the following web hosting packages:

Standard HTML

(only R90 per month)
200 MB web space
10 Mailboxes
1 GB monthly traffic

Standard OpenCms

(only R150 per month)
500 MB web space
25 Mailboxes
1 Database
5 GB monthly traffic

Advanced OpenCms

(from only R200 per month)
1000 MB web space
50 Mailboxes
2 Databases
10 GB/Month Traffic

Additional packages can be created based on your needs.

4. Hosting Elsewhere

If you would like to host your OpenCms website with another hosting service provider, please ensure that they support:

JSP and Servlets
Java 1.5 or later and
Tomcat 5.5 or later
MySql or SQL Server
